Quality Inn Jacksonville near Little Rock Air Force Base

This place was fine. It’s an older hotel but seemed to be well maintained, nothing fancy at all though. The room was very clean, bed was pretty comfortable, and the shower was hot and had good water pressure. The staff was kind and helpful.

For the price, I'm definitely giving this place a 5 star rating. We needed a place in Jacksonville. Usually, we stay further away at nicer places in North Little Rock for triple+ the price. But this place is currently still making up the room daily where most others don't. Wow. It was a little older but they kept our room clean daily. Bed was comfortable and not too hard. Enjoyed the free breakfast with things like fresh waffle, cereal, apples, bacon egg and cheese biscuit in microwave, biscuits and hot gravy, juices and more. Liked the bigger sized fridge in the room as well. We'll be coming again.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful! Clean! Beds are very comfortable! Very good price for the rooms ! Would most definitely stay there again !

Rooms wery basic, but VERY clean. Good location near several things, but there is construction so a bit difficult to get to at the moment. Breakfast was wonderful and had a great selection. Gym was small, but had enough equipment to work out on. my daughter got sick on the way there and we needed to wash some of the things she got sick on. they were kind enough to sell me detergent for $1 and its $2 to wash and $2 to dry. Great customer service. Quiet and peaceful sleep.

I was staying here to go to my uncle's funeral and was caught up in the snowstorm/ice storm on Jan 18th! The mgr. was so nice to let me stay more days that I expected to as we couldn't drive anywhere because of the ice. The room was nice for me as it had everything I needed! The beds are kind of hard as this is an older hotel but well kept! I carry an egg crate mattress with me whenever I travel! It was nice and quiet as there weren't many of us there, but a lot of guys from Asphundh tree service waiting for a call! We had a nice breakfast every morning and the manager was so accommodating as I had to go down and reregister about 3 times! The only bad thing with this hotel is they are tearing up the road in front of the hotel and it's a mess, but the manager has no control over that! Very confusing to drive around! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends!

I really enjoyed my 4-night stay here! The hotel was clean, and I appreciated the daily room service that kept everything fresh. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service and were always friendly and helpful. My only wish is that the AC blew a little cooler, but it wasn’t a big issue. I usually stay at Hilton properties, but this was a great alternative — and I would definitely stay here again

Paid a little more than competitors for a similar room and it was worth it. No real noise level, clean hotel, very courteous staff, and good facilities. The TV menu worked, which is rare in Choice hotels, but tht TV was too old and there were ghost images in the screen, like a theater screen that is damaged (Room 128), and the volume continuously soared up during a program, and it was every channel, so not the cable or digital service, but the TV. I finally turned it off. But the room was fine. Breakfast was spare but very clean and was ample. I don't prefer hotel breakfast bars anyway, and most people love waffles. Breakfast burritos were institutional, so no idea if they were good or not, but looked fine. If I ever need a room in Jacksonville again, I will stay here.

This hotel is a gem. Better than all the surrounding hotels nearby. Great location! Absolutely no bugs or filth! The attendant Roy was very helpful, courteous and kind. The first thing we notices was that the lobby was immaculate and smelled good. Than the hallway was clean, and we got to the room and it smelled great, excellant use of air fresheners. Breakfast was good, bagels, toast, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, cereal, juice coffee, tea, hot chocolate, muffins, not a bad spread. There was a grill to use outside, even though the pool was closed, we still had use of the grill and a gazebo. Again I want to say Roy was a true gentleman and made our stay very comfortable. It's people like him amd the outgoing housekeeping staff that earn a hotel a 5 star rating.
